Citizens from countries who need a VISA to enter Colombia, should proceed to the different Embassies and Consulates with enough anticipation to get their visas.
Colombia´s government will grant courtesy visas to CIDDR participants. This arrangements should be made in Colombia’s embassies or Consulate in each country, and those interested must have:
- Invitation provided by the event (Once the pre-registration is approved)
- Complete Visa Request form
- 3 color photographs

IMPORTANT NOTICE
It is pertinent to have in mind that some commercial airlines reserve the right to embark passengers without the correctly diligence Visa. Colombian chancellery (Foreign Affairs Office) has notified their embassies and consulates the importance of granting Visas to the people accepted as CIDDR participants. This is why it is necessary to pre-register filling out all the required information, and if needed, a formal invitation letter from the event will be provided.
